Sourdough Breads
Our sourdough breads are crafted in round boules and offered in a wide variety of flavors. Unlike traditional yeast breads that use commercial yeast for a quicker rise, sourdough bread is naturally leavened using a fermented starter, which creates a deeper flavor, chewier texture, and signature airy interior. The process takes many hours, allowing the dough to slowly develop flavor, structure, and texture.

All of our sourdough breads are made using my starter, “Vincent van Dough,” and each loaf is carefully crafted over several hours. Every ingredient is scaled and measured for accuracy and precision, ensuring consistent quality in every loaf.

Boules vary in size and feature a fluffy, airy interior surrounded by a crisp, golden brown crust. Many flavors include delicious inclusions such as fresh jalapeños, cheddar cheese, apples, cinnamon, herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, and flavorful cheeses, among others.

Sourdough breads are available through custom order and are often available at public events and the farmers market.
